I like the chances of RIG's price appreciation over time, but have my doubts they can keep up the dividend. They did just dilute shareholders with the placement, so in reality it will cost more just to maintain the current divy. They're floating debt out today I see. I'm all for drillers leveraging up during low interest rate periods, if they can do it on favorable, shareholder friendly terms. I can picture old John Fredrickson out there on the Bermuda beaches right now(lol!)
