Carolyn, my wife called me away forgot to finish the sentence.

A Federal Appeals Judge indicated to me that one of the States fastest growing Department was Correction as the prison count was increasing. Therefore, we pick individuals up one way or the other. Prisons cost approximately $30,000 plus in Missouri for each prisoner.

And what do we do for those who fall through the cracks!!!

Give them some of your 14%, or work out a Bell curve analysis of when they can collect the most freebies from the working class taxes for doing absolutely nothing except voting and making more babies that leech of the system.

States have job training programs. States have GEDs. If passed, many are available for scholarships from local community colleges. Apprenticeships. Heck, deliver papers and work at McDonald's. The important thing is to show you are responsible and are willing to work and improve yourself.

Then there are those who feel sorry for themselves and do nothing. These are not worthy of any further comment.

Those who are handicapped deserve our care.
