Sorry, robert b furman, the chart means nothing to me. It's too busy with too much information for me. After looking at it for a few minutes, best that I can conclude it's a couple day chart of XLS that shows the stock is declining. I do like bottom-feeding spinoffs though. XLS seems like a candidate. I'm still reviewing to see if I will go for more shares. (Have dusted off my copy of Cornell's "Spin-off to Pay-off, An Analytical Guide to Investing in Corporate Divestitures")
