* SKY WON'T FALL NO MATTER HOW MUCH OJ PANICS * I just read AMAT's report, and nothing has basically changed. The CEO has already said that the Asian currency situation would have negligible impact in the short-term, and anything further out than six months is cloudy for this industry anyway. The stock saw 40 on a dead cat bounce, so let's see it define the top of its trading range in the next few days. For now it remains a matter of market perception ... how the Street interprets the conference call.
