I don't think the SEC ia delaying anything. Lgnd has to file the final registration statement.

Andy---The general LGND # is 1 619 535 3900. Ask for Atkins and William Respess, a Senior VP and General Counsel.
Celeryroot, LGND has filed all required registration papers and are waiting for SEC comments and approval as best as I understand it.
