EKS, I'm on the run but will get back to you. Just one quick pick for value on debt, take a look at DDT and see what you think. It's not exactly what you posted about but I think its worth a look.

How does the idea of investing in tax liens grab you? I wonder if there is a fund
for this type of investment.
