Yes, but COMS had less problems then. Things are in worse shape right now. Everything else was tanking then too. Notice how CSCO has held on to it's rebound but COMS hasn't. That's because CSCO has proved that April's problems were short-term related issues that they overcame.

3Com on the other hand has showed that the problems from earlier this year have worsened and are only being magnified/exacerbated by it's merger with USRX.

Obviously no one disagrees with the fact that COMS has short-term issues to deal with. That is why it's at 35 instead of 55. The point where I differ with you longs is that I believe that the problems are worse than they appear for both the short and long term.

I also happen to believe that even if COMS is fairly valued at 34 it will probably go lower because the street doesn't usually stop at fair value with a stock. It usually swings to extremes in both directions. It swung to 80 (ridiculously high) on the way up and I expect it to swing the other way on the way down.
