HK-based sovereign investor. Engineer by training. 'on-own' businesses by 'occupation'. Living in Asia since 1984, in HK since 1987. Hobbyist at financial history and occasionally od on first person shoot-them-up computer gaming. Father of two; and aggregated all grandparents around the two kids. Travel mostly in the region, occasionally further. Must stay alert to stay solvent, and must be right to do well. Am concerned about what appears to be happening everywhere, but also excited, am philosophical about events and processes we cannot stop / alter, only prepare for, and so tend to instead just engage n enjoy.
