Hi EKS, I did buy some AT for my b-in-law and sister. I spent my cash earlier on WM. Going to keep my eye on it though.

Both are much more invested in Aristocrats and Champions than I am. With my sister finally getting rid on another private reit at Ameriprise when the money got transferred I used it to raise her yield a little.

Still have about 4k in cash back for her and plan to let it build until after year end now.

Looks like she got the only HCIIP traded today. Bid was for 200 and open a few days. We'll forget the other 50 shares.
