Freddie, not sure but an educated guess - record holders are brokers holding street name shares and individuals with the stock in their name. Beneficial holders are the actual owners of the stock.

Unless I'm mistaken, "record holders" are those folks who own the stock in their own name; not at a brokerage firm. I.e, they took the delivery of their shares.

-- And "benficial holders," are folks like myself, who have our shares in street name; at the brokerage firm.
