I was on and off smoking. Always told friends. If a doc tell me to stop, I would cold turkey. So it was when make a doc doing endoscopy advised me to stop. I never touched a cigarette ever since.

Very, very easy to stop.

Do yourself a favour and read either of these two books by Allen Carr:

amazon.com

amazon.com

Both books are essentially the same; "Easyway...." is shorter at about 272 pages whereas "Onlyway...." is longer at around 480.

I bought and read "Easyway" and gave up for a few months, I suspected I needed more help so bought the longer, more detailed (and dare I say it, more monotonous) version. I have been nicotine free ever since. It's the only method that has worked for me and the best thing is you are encouraged to smoke (or vape!) as you read the book.

I'm not entirely sure how it works but it does, read the Amazon reviews and most importantly give it a go, what do you have to lose?

All the best.

Sorry p1976, that reply was intended for llaine.

I had two reply boxes open, was going to say thanks to yourself for the Aldous Huxley video, very interesting and what a mind on that man. Fascinating.
