I read in a Hormone Replacement Therapy pamphlet(don't ask) that estrogen doesn't appear to increase the risk of breast cancer. I thought there was an increased risk. An AmCanSoc 9 year study of 422K postmenopausal women reported that the use of hormone therapy was linked ot a significantly decreased risk of fatal breast cancer...For long term use, the incidence of BC might rise from 10 per 10K to 13 per.

The only difference I saw was Evista didn't stimulate uterine or breast tissue.
