PDS closed slightly above it's opening so bought some more in the last couple minutes. I think the institutions are holding off buying because of the price of crude concerns. While the news from the gulf may be construed by most as bearish for crude, I feel that in the medium term it will be bullish. Saddam called Clinton's bluff & guess who blinked? He will be more difficult than ever to deal with & even worse, other dictators will be encouraged by his success in not backing down. No doubt the state dept will try to put a good spin on it. The bottom line is that there will be more instability over there than ever, & it would'nt surprise me that if out of frustration the U.S. does attack Iraq.
