NVXE and NONDISCLOSURE ISSUE IS AS FOLLOWS: You guys are going to be sorry you sold when you hear this. I just spoke to Andy in investor relations. The non-disclosure is not with the SEC. The non-disclosure is merely with the company that they are presently in negotiations with. They promised the company that they would not reveal who they were to callers etc... until the press release goes out next week. As Andy put it -- "this is to minimize information leakage in regards to ongoing negotiations and until the release comes out we cannot reveal who we are dealing with." Call and ask him for yourself. 1-888-639-8478. In my opinion it must be a big company if they want a non-disclosure agreement. Jodi
