I agree. Though it is such a relief to be totally nicotine free, I used nicotine gum for about a year but was obviously addicted to that too.

To anyone that is addicted to nicotine, in any form, buy the book (for the cost of pack or two of cigarettes) and see how you do. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. End of sermon. Good luck ;)
