It's too late CB. We needed that during our foetal and developmental though I guess a shortage now is a bad thing too. <Been taking lecithin and brewer's yeast as supplements for over 40 years. Also eat a lot of eggs. Eight today, four for lunch, four for dinner, which is way above normal, but I am low carbing, and I like eggs.>

No doubt keeping your levels up is a very good thing to at least hold onto what you have, but you won't be regaining what might have been possible with a perfect supply of brain food in childhood.

Food supply beats education as the best way to improve brains, other than eugenics of course, which is the best method of all, which women practise assiduously.
