That is one of the mysteries of the universe that is not to be understood by humankind. <gg>

After US Worst changed my ISDN to unlimited service with no per minute fee's, they kept charging me for per minute fees for months! One of my bills was like over $400 in one month. I didn't pay the charges for the per minute fees and they started sending me threatening notices that they will disconnect my line for failure to pay! I went through a living hell with this for months and finally called the public services commission one morning and later that afternoon a US Worst manager called me and we got the whole thing starightened out. I've decided that in my next life I will be a postal worker that goes ballistic on a phone company! <gg>

Good luck figuring out anything from any RBOC!

I never knew what it was going to cost me either, nor did I know what I was getting.

If anyone wants to understand ISDN they should go HERE and ask Darek, David, Paul and others....BUT DON'T ASK PACBELL!!
