When you get hit perfectly on the chin (very rare for that to happen in boxing) if you have a good chin (meaning you are difficult or impossible to knock down) and you stay up--for the next few seconds something can run down through your nervous system so that it comes out through your toes, which actually tremble.

I guess that is the extra nerve electricity running out of the nerve system.
