- common thing to do would be to roll it back , plug nothing into it and let the price drift off some more , quietly picking up as many shares as possible , then do a cheap PP to insiders .

I was really trying to ascertain whether there was any hope left in the stock. But your suggestion is absolutely wonderful in that it contains two levels of deviousness, would take some time though; it is such a wonderful suggestion you're hired :-).
