I expect that if Procept receives additional financing it will be a private placement handled by Paramount Capital. Paramount Capital is more than capable of raising the capital. According to my internet searches, Paramount has a good track record at raising capital for other biotechnology companies. I hope that the financing is more long-term! For thirty days the stock symbol for Procept was PRCTD. The 'D' was added because of the stock split. Sort of a flag. You should be using PRCT now. Yes, the stock has been trading since November 11th, but unfortunately it was downward. There will be very little upward movement until they receive additional financing and/or reach a partnership on the PRO2000. Let's hope that some of the people that read this site will start to participate. It seems like Procept and microbicides are getting more attention. It is a way to voice your opinion indirectly to Procept's management. I believe they drop in.
