Because I hadn't seen such a tight spread between supply and demand for quite awhile.

Usually when a bid is tight with the ask, the Mmkrs are looking for shares to fill buy orders and are willing to pay more (the bid) for those shares.

But the real catalyst for this company will be getting the financials in order and released.

I would find it interesting because MMs might have knowledge of a significant order pending. Especially in the light of the trading last Friday. But nothing came of it so far.
