someone really needs to go to prison on the MF deal.

Difficult to conclude that laws were NOT broken. Lets see if the laws will be enforced given that Corzine is a prominent member of Obama's party and a former candidate to be Treasury Secretary under Obama. Can Obama run against Wall Street while giving Corzine a pass?

One thing I haven't seen addressed is the market value of the book of sovereign debt in relation to original purchase value, and was the book traded. It's not persuasive to protest that the book was rated A, as if the price of A rated securities could not fall substantially.
If any part of the book was traded at a lower price than original cost - well that's the first place to look for the missing money. It's gone.
