The Australian Federal High Court has denied Apple's appeal against the earlier decision that overturned the ban on sales of the Galaxy Tab. The Samsung Android based tablets should be in the shops in a matter of days. Apple had attempted to appeal an earlier court ruling overturning the ban.

Per the article, Apple "denied with costs" - to have to pay Samsung "hundreds of thousands".

In other words, Apple has completely lost their case.

It's kind of funny to watch you deceive yourself day after day, for years. You're only fooling yourself, and possibly Zax.

You're on record predicting a warning from Apple in January. Wanna go double or nothing on our bet? If Apple doesn't warn, you buy me two shares of AAPL. If not, you lose.

In the post I'm replying to, you said, " get ready for CRAPple PPS hell when they miss and warn in January."

I guess the prediction of the miss was slightly off the mark.

But no matter. As long as I get my check. Still waiting for some word from you about that.

Its like watching a car wreck.

I usually ignore them. Who wants to see human beings crushed like that.
