Why did CBO report on income shares stop at 2007?

CBO performs analytical studies at the request of a Congressional Committee or Subcommittee; the Congressional leadership; or, as time permits, individual Members.

This particular study was specifically requested by Max Baucus. It appears that Baucus picked the cherries, not the CBO.
