wonderbread, Look at it this way. Someone is going to pick up 1MM shares at $6.50 - $6.75 as long as the price is in that range for the next few days. To keep the price there, all they have to do is put in a large limit sell order at $6.75. They will end up selling a few thousand (maybe as much as 100K but I doubt it), but in the net, they will gain. Their only risk is that the company might issue big news that will drive the price way up. The company knows that will screw the deal so they won't issue news until after the PP is complete. JMHO Jim
