Don't forget like-minded neighbors. Here is WA, we live on a river, 7 acres, with approx 20 next door owned by a non-profit which wants to protect the fish, with Indians on the other side. What few neighbors we have are like us.

Ditto Montana, where we have 10 acres on a river. Both rivers have plenty of fish.

I think we'd be ok.
