Yofal, This patent story seems like it could be a big deal but it doesn't seem there are many facts out there for people to really report on except for the ruling itself which I have read different things about what it means. If the facts are that Apple made a bid to pay the UCRs for the Mot patents and were rebuffed, then Apple is is in the right and should just have to pay the UCRs for the patents. If Apple is thinking that the patents are not enforceable, I am not sure what path should be taken since there are probably plenty of legal ramifications if things aren't done correctly. If Apple is the one that is just saying they won't pay and these are legal patents, then Apple deserves to be slammed. So far, I have read several different things about what actually is going on and no one seems to have all the facts on this. Part of the reason for this is the secrecy at Apple. But I would have hoped that someone would have done enough digging and would have found out the facts. Neal
