The ONLY reason we are here We also make the world a better place for ourselves and our offspring, which improves survival. Right now I am really enjoying helping people keep their houses and helping their families by Getting rid of toxic first mortgages through loan modification; Getting rid of wholly unsecured second mortgages through lien stripping; Getting rid of crazy credit card debt. Sometimes I feel like an emergency room doctor in a war zone. I wish whatever was causing the trauma did not exist, but I can't stop the war, all I can do is treat the patients. I am happy to report that the mortgage modification programs have finally started to work under some new guidelines HUD put out a few months ago. The best improvement seems to be that the applications are assigned to one contact person, so you interact with that one person every time rather than a new person every time. So, to the people who say, "I tried it and it did not work" I would say, try again.
