The fever got up to 103 last nit before we got it under control. I've found that alternating ibuprofen with acetaminophen (Tylenol) every 2 hours works like a charm on tough fevers. Kelsey's pediatrician used to call the combination the "Fever Buster.". Got to watch total intake of Tylenol though. Not more than 4000 mg/day. I didn't realize it until recently, but Tylenol is a leading cause of liver failure.
