They get the LSI-based business but not the C6x. To get that they have to negotiate a new deal.

There is no final agreement between TI and WSTL at this point. What they've done so far is stuffed a Binky in Westell's mouth.

Just my take and admittedly harsh. Have you noticed we've switched roles???? :)
