He and his estranged wife were big supporters of Zero Population Growth, Population Council, and helped fund the development of RU-486,tha abortion drug. He and his foundations have helped fund the distribution of Quinacrine Hydrochloride, a chemical used to sterilize a woman. Quinacrine is illegal in the U.S., but it's been used, often coercively, in Vietnam, India, and other nations. Buffet foundations have also funded International Projects Assistance Services (IPAS) which manufactures and distributes manually operated vacuum aspirators [MVA’s], used for performing abortions in the Third World. Aborting babies is his favorite charitable cause. No wonder he's a Democrat.
