Evening Chris;

Just the mention of this type of floorless debenture makes the price
of the stock dive. We have had many, many, so called chats about
shorting mostly on EXSO. Here is a start on the Short Interest.

viwes.com (legal reported shorts)

You must remember, alot of debt was paid with stock. Was it
hundreds of Vendors alone????

Evening Chris

When $1.00 of floorless debt is converted into stock (lets say at1/16
or 16 shares to the $1) the note holder has been paid with stock.
This does not show up as trading volumn until the holder decides to
sell. They may not sell now, but wait for a higher price. They may
not convert to shares now but wait for a lower conversion price.

This is the "falling knife" as you/I/us have tried to grasp. I think
that most of us got a little paper cut jumping in at 1/8-5/32. With
the management converting we can not expect the company support
as with EXSO until they are ready. We can do a rough share count
and try to figure out at what point in the process we are at. Time is
not on our side because of the pending delisting/reverse split. Also
tax selling pressures are here.

We are on hold until "Zeev" nominates this stock to "The Hall of
the Multihorned Table".
