Bob, we looked at CRR and did not find it to be a value play. However, if you use forward P.E. projection, the stock is not expensive and the chart looks good too. TTEK does present a value play. Got to give them credit on how they managed to offset the decline in U.S. govt. spending with commercial and international contracts. Chart looks great too. I love gap fills. Only question is the lack of insider interest. Next time they are in ask them how come they exercise their options so fast.
