JBI replaced the previous burners with new ones that are designed to produce lower NOx emissions. Pretty straight forward.

Certainly very possible. However that still doesn't translate to being able to produce a commercially viable pyrolysis oil, much less being able to produce diesel or crude oil for less than $10/bbl.
