Has anyone considered the fact that he registered to sell those shares because he is expecting a major price surge near term and wants to take advantage of it?
My read on today's activity is that it was momentum traders shorting 10k blocks (I watch every trade on QuoTrek). If they fail to break the current support, you can look for a rapid price increase as they try to e as the try to cover.

In view of the day's events, an argument can be made for paying bonuses with more cash and less stock. Taking it to the bank would be much less disturbing.

Personally, I rather enjoy cashing a paycheck when results are achieved!
