Re:<"Actually JB has said what the next move is.... 3 processors operating in NY will bring the company to cash flow positive.">

Did he say that as soon as the processors are built on this ambiguous timeline, that they would directly be put on line in full commercial production??

Of course even if he were to say that, in regard to needing anything else before full commercial production, in July 2010 Mr. Bordynuik said, "Our answer is: No. As soon as we obtain the air permit we will begin running the processor in full commercial production." Then he got the permit (an eight month process for Mr. Bordynuik and a three week process for the NYDEC) and announced commercial operation, leaving everyone to assume the processor was in full commercial production while he stayed silent.

It may be good enough for you but keep in mind that Mr. Bordynuik doesn't appear to bother himself with truth nor trying to give investors a true picture of what's currently going on.

Re:<"The number 2 & 3 processors are under construction and should be operational in the near future. Those machine will provide the evidence that you are yearning for.">

It might be worth your time to send Mr. Bordynuik an e-mail to see what he anticipates for 'near future'. Remember it was "any day now" in 2009 and a number of other synonyms of "soon" since then. And don't forget that there doesn't appear to be anything apparent standing in the way of processor #1...which was ready to go except for the permit in April 2010 and has already had a year and a half of 'enhancements'.

LOL. "Days away" I suppose, just like last year and the year before.

"The latest Q said that the margins on the processor were 83%."

A number as bogus as the $10M media credits.

Good information Steady_on. It's good to have a balanced debate about JBII. I am very interested in seeing the negative as well as the positive points about this company.

So far from what I can tell, JBII is a risky investment, yet the potential for huge returns is drawing me in. It seems as though the process has been validated, so that pretty much rules out any claims of this being a scam. So, since it's obvious that JBII and plastic to oil is a valid process, the big question is will JBII be able to get the machines rolled out, and if so, will they be able to sell the fuel? Now, as far as selling the fuel is concerned, I see that sales have been made and there has been an agreement reached with Rock-Tenn, so that to me is very promising.

Just trying to get the facts lined up, in order to make an informed decision. Thanks to everyone on this board for what you do!
