Steve - Why January earnings? Is it because investors want further proof that margin erosion is not occurring? I remember the day earnings were announced in October - CPQ starts going down about 3 minutes after trading opens on the stock, the exact opposite of expectations. The Dell thread is getting pretty giddy about the possibility of blowout earnings, I wonder if that might get these stocks moving. Compaq's earnings, even though they beat estimates, certainly did not... John
