David: The EUTO and OVIS/RMIL folks have found it takes thirty tothirty-five days and frequent and repeated phone calls to the broker and DTC to get their certs. Follow-up is essential. Second, we do need to have a separate list of certs actually received and a daily recap of important posts so that those of us with little time can catch up quickly. HINT! Ellen has demonstrated excellent organizational skills and stated she isn't very busy with RMIL right now. Sorry Ellen - I love ya. Gary
