That's why I hope the SEC has gotten the FBI involved. JBI presents an excellent opportunity to unmask the insidious nature of penny stock promotion on internet message boards. The conviction of Matt Brown was a start. The next step is fitting some of the low level scum bags, who operate with the confidence that their internet anonymity will protect them, with prison stripes. That would send a real chill through the seedy internet promotion racket.

Is this your opinion or do you have proof that Mr Bordynuik was posting on Yahoo? If this is in fact true, what screen name was he using? I would rather see facts and not accusations. I find this claim very hard to believe.
