We bought dental insurance two yrs ago and are both finally taking care of that part of our bodies. (we always go in for our regular teeth cleaning.) He had a couple of small cavities and needed the one crown and a teeth cleaning. They did it all in that one visit, although he does have to go back in two weeks to get the permanent crown installed. I, otoh have zero cavities, and went in for my teeth cleaning last Friday. The good news is my gums are extremely healthy. The bad news is, I really should have five of my teeth capped. As long as he's still working, I think I should just go ahead and do it now rather than wait until he's retired.
