Any first year biology student who pays attention, can answer this. Evidence points at RNA as the probable original genetic material, preceding DNA (adenine, guanine, and related organic molecules.) DNA was formed by random chemistry, billions of years ago on earth or extraterrestrial origins. Its reasonable that sooner-or-later a replicator would happen, didn't require a miracle. The science is wonderful on its own merits.
