" Plastic2Oil is a combination of proprietary technologies and processes developed by JBI which convert waste plastics into fuel."

"On June 10, 2011, JBI, Inc. entered into a Supply and Service Agreement with Coco Asphalt Engineering, a division of Coco Paving whereby the Company has agreed to supply Coco on a weekly per demand basis with petroleum distillate at a cost of $109.80 per barrel. The Company continues to ship tankers of petroleum distillate to Coco Paving in third quarter at $109.80 per barrel. Coco Paving has stated it is pleased with our Plastic2Oil fuel."

The above statements were taken from the most recent 10Q.
If the material shipped to Coco wasn't and isn't being manufactured by the process of converting waste plastics into fuel, then the last sentence could be construed to be fraudulent. But it does require a connecting of dots.
Even the Supply & Service Agreement only says that "JBI INC will start providing a Petroleum Distillate product to Coca Asphalt Engineering". This strikes me as extraordinary......for a sales contract to provide no specificity as to the material being sold....even in the form of "as had" or "as tested" along with a date reference suggests that, if something is up vis-a-vis the real origins of the material, Coco may be compliant with it.

Will we ever know? Who has a vested interest if not Coco themselves?
