Jim, <<The NYSE reports the data weekly with a two week delay,>> at best it is 2 week's lag, at worst it is 3 week's lag. And it is difficult to figure out the correct corresponding time frame because there is no time line ... according to its strategy suggestion, market will go sideway or down in next 2 weeks if the reading is at +30% - well, what we have seen so far is market has gone up 400 pt in a week ... I almost feel by next update (one week later) we will see the red diminish greatly.
