PAW - They want the cash , they want it now and they want all of it . Raising cash in this market is problematic , the price also looks like a classic Howe street deal , in other words a bunch of houses and insiders are already lined up , if this is the case it would be interesting to see who the insiders are . If the PP goes to nothing but retail or does not get filled that would be a different story . ralfph
