If I had proof I wouldn't have called it a rumor.

So, as we've already established, a rumor is by definition unsubstantiated. And, as we've also established, being unsubstantiated means that by definition it has no basis in fact. My question to you is, "Why would you post something like that about JBI that has NO basis in fact"?
