The Trend Is Your Friend

Lyle,

I took some time to speak with one of SOLP's competitors today and was told some disturbing news by the IR representative at Winston Resources. He advised me to look at the original prospectus and research the original underwriter of SOLP's stock. Hopefully it wasn't D.H. Blair.

Further discussion led me to believe that this individual was not fully aware of SOLP's eps reporting practices as he indicated that SOLP's outstanding shares has increased over the last few months. Was there an S-8 filed? My response was that the increase in outstanding shares may have been a result of the new accounting rule requiring that all warrants be reported as part of the eps calculation. He said that was a possibility.

Of course he touted his company and gave me the impression that WRS was ready to explode. Examples cited by this person were HIKA and JOB.

That's it for now.

Regards,

Tom
