The point is that every public statement put out by this company is intentionally vague, making the reader "connect the dots" on their own (preferably with the assistance of anonymous message board posters who hold discounted/free stock). Anyone "connecting the dots" to draw a negative conclusion is then subjected to an organized attack. This can't be disputed. There are 2+ years of multiple filings being restated multiple times and dozens of PR's whose suggested inferences simply never came true.
