Regarding fundamentals, the deep-water offshore drillers
have the product that is most in demand by the integrated oil
companies.
In this regard, RIG, DO, and RB-FLC have the most
promising futures.
Further mergers and acquisitions cannot be ruled out
as well.
Those who are strong and remain firm in their
convictions will reap the greatest rewards. That's
how it should be.

Greg, good point, i tried to do that yesterday and also in my lst post:
techstocks.com

To be honest, i couldn't care less if any or all the drillers rise or fall 10% tomorrow.... i invested on fundimentals and, unless something happenes that changes the world, i won't be selling for 3 to 5 years..... sure is nice to be able to buy cheap again.

Best wishes

Greg:

I agree with your comments re: the current focus of the thread on TA, and I also want to thank those who are FAR more gifted in that area than I for their extremely valuable contributions. Also, the guys who put together detailed data for the benefit of all. THANKS. It's nice to have help in these rather dark days. mph
