chesapeake still owns 30% of frac tec (they changed the name of the company, but i cannot recall it. it appears neither can reuters.), and in the past couple of quarters chk sold off percentages to the private funds you can read about below. the frac tech ipo is due in march, i think, and the S1 is available on the sec website (i have read part of it, so i know it's there.). i am sorry due to lack of time i cannot supply the direct link to the S1 on the sec site.

it appears frac tech has lots of interest from international people who want to get the company expanded to frac all over the world asap.
