I agree with both you and jpbp, but am getting mixed signals down here. In some respects I thought today's action was constructive but the spreads were a little suspect. There may be a sizeable seller who want's out but it seems to have been well absorbed in this range and there are more enthusiastic buyers willing to take whatever is offered at the low end of the range. I think overall the technical picture is that a good base is building here. The overall mkt looks constructive although we are at a critical level imo. Any comments rgds Wiz
